Ordering and Delivery

We deliver our flowers 6 days a week Monday to Saturday (we sometimes deliver on Sundays for example Mothering Sunday or Weddings that are booked on a Sunday)  It's always best to pre order your flowers by giving us at least a 1 - 3 days notice if it's for a gift or more notice if it's for a funeral at least 3 - 5 days notice. We do get rather busy and it may not always be possible to take every order around the busy periods of mothers day, valentines day and christmas so please try and book early around these dates to avoid disappointment we advise you try to place your order with as much notice as possible.  You can place your order by calling us on 0121 382 4111  Our phone line opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
 

If the recipient is not in, we leave their delivery in a secure place or with a neighbour and put a card through the recipient''s letterbox or if none of these options are available we will redeliver at a later time.

Delivery Area

We cover all of the Sutton Coldfield area including Boldmere, Wylde Green, Walmley, Minworth, Four Oaks, Mere Green, streetly and surrounding local areas within Birmingham such as Erdington, Kingstanding, Castle Vale, Great Barr, Aldridge, Walsall, Tamworth the delivery costs start at £3.99 and go to a maximum of £7.99 if your not sure if we cover an area you would like us to deliver to please call us and we will be able to let you know.

We also can go further afield covering the majority of the West Midlands if it's a larger flower order such as a large Wedding or Funeral, please call us for more information regarding delivery and costs and we will be able to advise you on this, Thank you.
